My job focuses on strengthening the relationships with our current partner companies by working with the employee benefit decision makers to determine what is best for their employees. I am also responsible for finding other partnerships around the country to bring the services of Xceed to the workplace of companies looking to expand their voluntary benefits.In addition I work with our retail team to help them understand our products and services better, and to help them find the right solutions for new and current members all across the country.

This is a great position that allows me to be active in the community and with various companies to help extend a financial opportunity for employers and employees to take advantage of.

An operations position that involved setting up new clients into the Paychex Taxpay product accurately and timely to ensure a smooth transition with their payroll provider. I also worked on improving procedural effeciencies by streamlining daily tasks to help eliminate redundancies. I worked with 13 branches along the east coast making sure our new clients, where ever they may be, were being served properly and effectively.
