  Principle function is to provide engineering guidance and technical assistance for all maintenance related activities on the Command, Control and Monitoring System in the Launch Control Center. Skilled in the understanding of technical data such as drawings, schematics, specifications of electronic systems; in analyzing problems with numerous complex circuits; and in using test equipment for test and verification functions. Managed the installation, modification, monitoring, testing and servicing of electronic systems and equipment. Proven ability to author procedures, adapt processes or techniques and make departures from previous approaches to solve technical problems or improve system performance of complex electronic systems. Other responsibilities include customer interface, generation of work orders, and creation of OJT packages and training of entry-level technicians. Proficient with MAXIMO, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
