▪ Collaborate with sales, operations and senior officers to manage critical infrastructure and real estate assets. ▪ Advise, train and guide other Contract Administrators to promote a deep understanding of processes, goals and compliance rules and regulations ▪ Act as liaison with customers and vendors to ensure both full satisfaction and compliance with company policy and government regulations ▪ Develop and maintain internal communications and reports to keep multiple project teams well informed ▪ Manage portfolio of over 450 locations with a total of 1,000,000+ square feet throughout the Northeast U.S. to maintain, improve and grow business critical infrastructure and facilities ▪ Negotiate business and legal terms to ensure compliance with State and Federal authorities while meeting and exceeding internal metrics and reducing costs ▪ Analyze and report performance of assets to promote efficient use of capital and to maximize return on investment while minimizing both financial risks and compliance issues ▪ Develop and communicate budget proposals and executive summaries to obtain funding on behalf of internal customers
