I have full financial responsibility for $7 million cost budget; including budgeting and forecasting workloads with direct influence to an overall $40 million budget. Other responsibilities include management of third party labor contracts and personnel to meet and exceed business needs. Management and guidance of all personnel and performance management issues; developing a highly skilled and competent travel group. Focus being on safety and quality to meet business targets with timely performance.

Palm Springs, California

Safely and effectively managed 8 full-time employees and multiple sub-contractors for preventative maintenance, repair and replace work, troubleshooting, and large corrective work for 46 MW; spread across 3 contracts for wind turbine parks. Work was performed across three different customers, with a strong focus on being cost effective without reducing safety or quality. Managed $15 million P&L as well as supervisory and personnel management duties. The ability to operate a site within a budget, while preserving integrity and cultivating strong relationships with customers was key in the success of this position.

Ellensburg, Washington

Performed in-depth troubleshooting, regular scheduled and large corrective maintenance on wind turbines at Wild Horse/ Whiskey Ridge Wind Farm in Ellensburg, WA. As safety committee chairman, and a team lead; I was able to obtain experience managing and leading crews for maintenance, repair and replace work, and troubleshooting. My time as a technician provided me with daily experience working with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and SCADA systems of wind turbines, as well as various voltages from 24 volt DC to 34,500 volts AC. In 2011, I became a Task Based Certification; Certifier to mentor and train new employees.
