Revamped desktop deployment process to drastically reducing the time to redeploy, therefore eliminating the need to troubleshoot the tablets. Changed the nurses perception of the 400 plus rounding tablets, so they would like and use them again. Worked with the network team to get the tablets to roam without dropping.
