I have worked patrol and investigations during my tenure as a deputy sheriff. Along with being a team member on our Search and Rescue team for 13 years. Currently, I am our Deputy Sheriff’s Association President, and represent all of our members with the utmost professionalism. I currently hold a director at large seat on our state association PORAC (Peace officer research association of California). I teach as an adjunct professor at State Center Community College, Fresno City Campus at the FCC Police Academy. I was a sitting member of the POST Advisory Committee. In March 2023, I was appointed by the Governor as a Commissioner on the California POST Commission. I take these assignments seriously, representing the noble profession of serving the public and representing law enforcement officers in the State of California.
