• Implemented and led the successful conversion of 45 new acquisitions from SAP and Lawson software into Great Plains accurately and ahead of deadline.• Audited monthly Sarbanes-Oxley compliance packets for over 60 locations. This included determining needed accruals, posting usage expense, booking inter-company transactions, and analyzing each clinic for variances and making necessary corrections. • Analyzed and reconciled balance sheet and P&L accounts and made necessary accruals, reclasses and other needed entries.• Solely responsible for maintaining the inventory database with over 200 types of medications and over 160 clinics. This entailed making sure all of the invoices totaling to over a million dollars a month was correct and sent on to A/P to process.• Created and rolled-out new spreadsheets within the department that implemented pivot tables and complex Excel formulas to minimize data entry, improve efficiency and time management.
