Overseeing a crew of 15 hourly employees whose responsibilities include:All underground electrical infrastructure, Network (WIFI, Radio Systems, Blast systems, Remote auto loaders) and Instrumentation. My duties are to maintain a safe and productive work force to keep up with production demands of our underground mining operation.

Supervised a crew of 18 technicians whose responsibilities included, Fixed Plant maintenance/operation, all underground construction projects (Concrete walls, flat work, forming, Welding and fabrication)
