Principle Government Property Asset Manager
Current• Utilizes ManTech Property Accountability System (MPAS) to manage real property assets, tracking property destruction numbers and values, property received, and total yearly accountability. Produces facilities and equipment reports used for sustainment and mission support. • Acquires, distributes, manages, and replenishes inventory, ensuring reliability and availability of materiel. Evaluates contracts to develop procedures for receipt and issue of materials and equipment while ensuring compliance with government and ManTech asset management requirements. Conducts quarterly and annual property inventories, ensuring 100% accountability of over $3M in assets. Maintains hardware records to verify proper receipt, movement, and turn-in of government property using forms DD1149, Move Add Change (MAC), and ManTech MPAS upload. Manages turn-in of equipment for destruction or transport to Defense Reutilization Management Office, arranging for all transport needs, such as environmental controls and shock-isolated containers. Submits official reporting results of annual physical inventory to facilitate maintenance planning. Serves as liaison for equipment requests, maintains tracking system, and manages multi-signature-verified operational flow document, developing strategies that consider supportability throughout system lifecycle.
