About Eric Sebastian

Six years’ experience in design, development, testing and implementation on Salesforce platform.I'm excited to be in the second chapter of my career, aka Eric 2.0Eric 1.0 was a 20+ year corporate career at National Grid, a large gas and electric utility in the Northeast. During my time at National Grid, I served in both technical and business roles supporting internal Front Office applications and my last two years I build and lead the internal Salesforce team.After taking some time off after I left National Grid, I decided to get back in the Salesforce ecosystem to give me purpose and also give back to the community. This started Eric 2.0. In the fall of 2020 I passed my admin certification and started volunteering as a Salesforce consultant at United South End Settlements, a nonprofit in Boston. While volunteering, I continued to study for Salesforce certifications and also become a Salesforce mentor/coach, helping those new to Salesforce become certified and employed. Mentoring has been extremely gratifying and I have really enjoyed being able to give back to the community. I've led study groups for Salesforce Admin certification, conducted resume reviews and done mock interviews.
