Leading the International Paper Disaster Recovery site including the infrastructure, recovery procedures and staff responsible for the maintenance and execution of the of the local data center. Ensuring the support and maintenance of data center infrastructure as well as all systems pertaining to operational data servicing business operations. Execute needed initiatives to support DR efforts for International Paper's critical order to cash applications.

Provide analysis, support and disaster recovery services for 300+ Solaris UNIX instances for the North American operations. Promoted to System Analyst in June of 2013 as well as assumed the role of the senior technical team member for Loveland Data center operations. Responsible for ensuring the SLO/SLA expectations for the team are met while proposing and/or implementing process improvements to ensure stable production and disaster recovery environments.
