Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for requirements analysis, unit, regression and functional testing of the financial accounting system for the Department of Commerce. Mr. Seebach, in his role as functional tester, and software test team lead, was responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all major software testing of the Financial System for the Department of Commerce. The system is a multi-faceted oracle based application encompassing many outside interfaces, a data warehouse and multiple complex modules which track the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable financial transactions for a multi-billion dollar government agency. He addressed team issues, delegated tasks and responsibilities, reviewed requirement and technical documents, and provided guidance and suggestions on courses of actions. For application enhancements, he developed the test plan and coordinated the creation of test scripts, assistance in unit testing, acceptance testing, and any issue resolution. In addition, Mr. Seebach assists the government functional team as an application expert, providing functional analysis for production issues and enhancements. His analytical and communication skills are well respected as well as his vast knowledge of the application including governmental accounting. Mr. Seebach has also been responsible for developing training materials and conducting training for both government and contractor teams.
