As the franchise owner of this PostNet in Las Vegas I was responsible for every aspect of managing the operation including inventory, setting retail vs cost pricing, managing bookkeeping, monthly reporting and maintaining compliance with the corporate office. PostNet is a shipping, printing, copy center, packaging and mailbox rental facility. Sales were increased by 10% the first year of acquisition and continued to grow each year.
