Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with company leadership and suppliers to review performance, new technologies, continuous improvement opportunities, and overall strategic business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams involving Engineering, R&D, and Operations to assess current and future sourcing requirements.

Provided technical assistance to subordinates engaged in the operation and maintenance of satellite communication systems. Responsible for supervising and performing; alignment, configuration, operation, and direct support maintenance to sustain system operations.

I managed the procurement of $11MM in direct and indirect spend across 150 vendors, utilizing multiple off-site warehouses. Conducted end of month asset valuation analysis, plan for every part (item) forecasting, and implemented lean manufacturing practices.
