I joined a small team with heavy R&D focus and delivered foundational product vision, market strategy, and cross-functional leadership for early-stage start-up developing a robotic flexible endoscope for Gastroenterology.• Defined customer requirements and product-market fit (PMF) through completion of expansive voice of customer (VoC) and market research program with target clinicians, hospital CFO/COOs, and ASC administrators.• Published and maintained multi-year product roadmap from benchtop to full commercial launch establishing product vision, strategy, and development timeline. • Created comprehensive market analysis and financial projections and presented to executives, board, and investors to secure Series C fundraising (>$50M) and guide corporate strategic planning.• Recruited and managed MD advisory team of top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).• Led planning and execution of multiple MD lab series with 15+ targeted MD users validating readiness of FIH clinical system. • Oversaw regulatory strategy program resulting in a successful Q-sub, FDA meeting, and clear decision and rationale for regulatory path and FIH clinical study strategy.• Drove clinical study strategy and planning by engaging targeted study sites and collaborating with principal investigators to write a protocol synopsis, kickstarting in-depth discussions with CROs and IRBs.
