I am an energetic, loyal and self-motivated person devoting my entire adult life to learning, delivering and teaching prehospital medicine. My thirst for knowledge has led me to many different forms of classrooms using a variety of new technologies. Through my quest, a serendipitous event occurred leading me to expanding my knowledge in both hospital administration and information technology. It is my goal to take my military leadership experience, my prehospital medicine knowledge, my degree in hospital administration as well as my management of information systems and find the right blend of teaching, leading and managing people and programs into the future of medicine. When I am not working, I tend to find myself in the outdoors. Skiing in the winter, fishing in the summer and hiking in between are my passions. Sharing these experiences with my wife and any of my seven adult children or my grandchildren is what keeps me feeling like a child at heart. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things as well as setting challenging goals for myself. I am focused on putting my passions and skills to good use by supporting projects and organizations that share my passion for leading medicine and information technology into the future.
