Currently serving as the Deputy Director for the Robotics Requirements Division (RRD), Maneuver Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (M-CDID) managing daily operations of the RRD by providing administrative and programmatic direction to branch chiefs, assigned personnel and contractors. Executing the requirements Capabilities Development (CAPDEV) process and prioritizing those requirements for RRD branches ensuring that Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) / Army Capabilities Integration and Development Systems (ACIDS) requirement documents are coordinated with the acquisition community.

Served as the Small Arms Deputy Director in Army Futures Command (AFC) for Small Arms weapon systems and ammunition at the Maneuver Center of Excellence, Fort Benning, GA charged with being a Capability Development (CAPDEV) specialist and adviser with expert knowledge of dismounted small unit tactics primarily in, Infantry, Stryker, and Armored Brigade Combat Teams (IBCT’s, SBCT’s, ABCT’s) to the Chief of Lethality Branch, Director of Soldier Division, and Maneuver Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (M-CDID) senior leaders. I provided this expertise by performing Soldier-centric capability gap analysis on tactical non-lethal munitions, handguns, shotguns, suppressors, sub-compact weapons, carbines, rifles, machine guns, sniper rifles, recoilless rifle systems, associated optics, fire control systems and accessories along with the families of current and future small arms ammunition that included 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm, .300, .338, .50 cal, 40mm high and low velocity rounds and the suite of 84mm recoilless rifle rounds.

Served as a Senior Military Analyst, precision effects project officer in the Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) of the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE). Charged with the responsibility for development of required capabilities documentation for a variety of combat arms capability development programs. Routinely serves as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Headquarters Department of the Army and Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) officials on Small Arms systems by providing analysis and developing recommendations leading to the integration of Soldier material development efforts and identifying capability gaps.

Served as the Small Arms Indirect Capabilities Project Officer, Small Arms Section Lethality Branch, Soldier Division under the Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) of the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE). Charged with the responsibility for development of required capabilities documentation for a variety of combat arms capability development programs. Routinely serves as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Headquarters Department of the Army and Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) officials on Small Arms systems by providing analysis and developing recommendations leading to the integration of Soldier material development efforts and identifying capability gaps.

As the Military Program Manager for Ultimate Training Munitions my duties included leading, planning, coordinating, and ultimately implementing the strategy for the procurement and acquisition of the Close Combat Mission Capability Kit. Included in my role as Ultimate Training Munitions' Military Program Manager, I maintained all course materials, evaluations, critiques and training aids to include weapon conversions and personnel protective equipment that is used during training events to ensure the most up to date and relevant training is available to the service members.
