About Eric Seyfried
As a veteran of the United States Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, I have a proven track record in engineering operations, maintenance, and QA/QC. Upon completion of my US Navy contract in 2017, I returned to school and completed my Mechanical Engineering degree at Rowan University, May 2021. My recent experiences in college have enabled me to take my operations knowledge and temper it with strong theoretical knowledge as well as mechanical design skills including SolidWorks, FEA w/ ANSYS, and manufacturing techniques. A submarine nuclear engine room is an immensely complex system where understanding of the interconnected nature is paramount to safe operations and I will take this knowledge forward with me.
