-Conduct oversight of ABA practices across RBTs and Case Managers-Develop and conduct training modules -Develop skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs-Consult and collaborate with teachers, speech language pathologists, and other practitioners to develop programs, and IEP goals-Conduct behavioral assessments using VB-MAPP, AFLS, and EFL curricula-Report on client progress and update teaching programs each semester

Behavior Technician (7/16 – 4/17)- Worked with 5-10 clients each with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. - Responsibilities included implementing 30-40 hours of direct therapy per week, taking data using the Catalyst and Central Reach platforms, documenting services in daily session notes, communicating on a regular basis with supervisors, as well as maintaining professionalism, ethics, and rapport with clients, families, and coworkers- Maintained CPI and CPR certifications, and accrued supervised hours towards board certification

- Worked with over 25 different clients each with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.- Received 80 hours of training covering foundational principles of ABA, as well as CPR and CPI certifications.- Responsibilities included implementing direct therapy, taking accurate data with regard to prompt level, entering data in a timely manner, discussing the case with supervisors during bi-weekly team meetings, bi-weekly training meetings, as well as general session preparation and creativity for controlling session flow and targeting goals.- 10-20 goals, mostly drawn from the VB-MAPP, and Vineland II curricula, targeted for each client.

- Taught English in a private school setting to children ages 4-14.- Built rapport with students and engaged them through the use of humor, interactive activities adapted for age, skill level, and interests.- Responsibilities included lesson preparation, educational games, grading homework, administering tests, and general classroom management- Traveled through Asia, including Korea, Japan, China, and Thailand

- Summer sleep-away camp counselor for children with special needs, specifically worked with non-verbal campers.- Subsequently, a staff member for a travel program for adults age eighteen and over with disabilities.- Worked one on one or in small groups with adults with a wide variety of physical and cognitive disabilities, facilitating safe and fulfilling vacations to places such as Disneyworld, Las Vegas, and Cooperstown amongst others.

- Research assistant for Dr. Rose Vukovic, working on a longitudinal study on the development of learning disability in mathematics for elementary school students, especially in lower income neighborhoods of New York City.- Responsibilities included administering standardized tests to Harlem public school students, evaluating tests, and extensive work with SPSS, Woodcock-Johnson III and WJIII-NU converting, entering, and cleaning data.
