As a Product Manager, I deliver meaningful, useful and delightful products by applying a Human Centred App Development Approach. In my role, I am responsible for:1. Conceptualizing and leading mobile applications and mobile-first platforms for the Police Smartphone using a human-centred app development approach. The approach combinesDesign Thinking, User Experience Research & Design as well as Lean/Scrum AGILE methodologies;2. Collaborated with a UX designer team to understand the product specifics through service journey workshops, usability testing and ethnography research and worked to ensure the delivery of successful apps in the Police Smartphone.3. Formulating and executing a User Experience and App Development Framework for SPF applications;4. Led and delivered the first wave of SPF mobile applications.

As an Operations Officer (Crime-Fighting), I acted to support SPF's mission to prevent, deter and detect crime by coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholders ranging from media agencies, government bodies to community associations. In my role, I have 1. Led the execution of the 'media buy' campaign for crime prevention from the conceptualization of the campaign to the procurement of media outlets for optimal public exposure. 2. Worked with a cross-functional committee to manage multiple Family Violence related initiatives with the Ministry of Social and Family Development. 3. Cultivated positive relationships with key government stakeholders and community partners, arising in increased collaboration between SPF and the respective stakeholders.
