Using FlexPod – Cisco Blades & NetApp storages integration solution, sharply decrease TCO. Sunset over 5 years’ servers and storage to saving millions of hardware MA OPEX every year. Greatly improve the computing capacity in ABI datacenter. Integrate servers’ standardization for more than 40 merged factories all around APAC. (Including China, Korea, Vietnam, India, etc.)Provide Infra technical evaluation, review and support for Commercial and Non-Commercial teams to deploy new applications for the company. Finish more than 40 Request For Service contract every year.***Change Management: Define and improvement the change management process for Datacenter Servers. (Including Lead time, CRF, CAB meeting, Change type, Change Window, Change Implementation Form, etc.)***CAPEX Budget / Financial Management::Responsible for more than 1000K USD every year IT CAPEX (Capital expenditure) budget management, including 3 years budget definition, 1 year budget planning, monthly latest estimate, vendor selection and evaluation, etc. Ensure monthly estimate is less than 10% and yearly differences is less than 5%. ***Service provider / Supplier Management:Develop, build and maintain vendor relationships, weekly performance review to ensure the predefined OLA establishment & tracking.
