Well Where to begin,??I have an Education in Electronics and have been working with the same company for the past 22 years working on Call for Aid Systems in Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities across the northeast.I specialize in interfacing different systems and subsystems in the most efficient way for the customer, mostly in a Healthcare setting. I work closely with facility Administration in order to see there vision in what was sold and provide input from different facilities configurations to optimize the system for them. Each system has a level of customization that can be done with minimal impact to the original design.I also work closely with Staff Development personnel to assist with training and educate them on the system operation, after the installation is complete, sometimes this is during the actual install to assist staff in understanding what I am installing.I maintain the existing system during the cut-over to ensure the safety of the residents and patients.
