• Minitour Mentor is a consulting service to assist junior golfers and their families during the college golf recruiting process. Through one-on-one coaching and our websites features, we guide and mentor the next.
• Planning- Responsible for creating and designing the business model, website, marketing materials and the companies sales processes and procedures.
• Management- Contracted, trained and managed a team of ten sales representatives to promote our service and personally mentor to our customers.
• Project Management- Coordinated with design team (web developers, graphic designers and interns) to deliver multiple projects within the predetermined scope.
• Budgeting- Monitoring company and project budgets in order to effectively report to stakeholders.
• Marketing- Created and designed all marketing materials for sales force to distribute as well asimplementing multiple social media campaigns, events and giveaways.

• Aided in fundraising efforts for multiple sports teams by organizing mailing campaigns and managing events
• Performed administrative duties including answering mainline phone calls, communicating with all athletic programs and reporting errors made on scholarships
