Owner of three Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Standards, Management of Changes, On-site Service Provider and Supplier (Goods and Services).13. Local Site Referent for Sustaining Operational Excellence.14. Local Process Referent for PS1 Source Suppliers and Contract.

1. Steer and support the entire Lean-Sigma programme toward business and operational excellence.2. Market and deploy Lean-Sigma Culture across the organization.3. Manage and facilitate the organization continuous improvement management.4. Initiate processes and products improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.5. Provide assistance or support to any sections in the organization which require continuous evaluation and improvement.6. Monitoring and provide guidance (tools & methodologies) to the Lean-Sigma projects. 7. Provide resources (GB or BB) to support or lead Lean-Sigma projects.8. Provide resources to train or train new employee on Lean Manufacturing fundamental, Six Sigma Analysis and the application of Lean-Sigma project.9. 1. Provide leadership to the Component Overhaul Department consisting of Hydraulic, Mechanical and Electrical Teams and the Single Aisle Line in the areas of Operations Planning & Control, Procurement of Spares and Product Capability Setup.2. Collaborating with Operations Manager – Landing Gear, Operations Manager – Machine Shop and Operations Manager – Plating Shop to ensure on-time delivery & quality in a Lean manner using Policy Deployment for continuous improvement.3. To delivering what the customer (internal & external) values by efficiently utilizing resources & adhering to Lean principles.4. To take responsibility for Department gross margins, working capital and overall Department performance.5. To optimize utilization and efficiency of equipment and resources in conjunction with other Departments.6. Initiate, support and lead continuous improvement projects within the department to improve shop process time, reduction of labour hours and better utilization of existing workshop space.7. Initiate and support project engineering to setup various products and processes capabilities to increase the company EBIT.8. Execute Standard Work and develop SOP’s for Operations associated processes.9. Ensure entire team staff are properly trained, resourced, supplied and managed to attain the set objectives.10. Responsible for meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as set by the Operations Director.

Provide Engineering support to the Component Overhaul Department consisting of Hydraulic, Mechanical and Electrical Teams in areas of test, repair, modification and overhaul activities of their products.2. Maintain, update and create workshop documents such as routers, traceability worksheets, non-incident statements, etc.3. Liaise and work with OEMs on concessions, technical queries, incident investigations, reliability studies, etc.4. Initiate, support and implement processes and products improvement ideas from Component Overhaul Department to enhance productivity and efficiency.

1. Carry out feasibility studies for new capital expenditure projects. Initiate and carry out the setups, commission and handover to end users.2. Support special tools, fixtures and equipment requests from Operations and Marketing Departments.3. Initiative, support and implement continuous improvement ideas from all Operations Departments.
