I have a passion for uncovering and creating competitive advantages through novel strategies. I founded Sixers Science, an NBA Investigate Analytics website told through the lens of the Philadelphia 76ers. I was fortunate enough to become a credentialed member of Sixers Media in 2017/2018.After exploring the media landscape, I became fascinated with the topic of predictive models -- a new love for math was born through the epiphany of how many ways it can be manipulated and still have informative characteristics. My dad worked with a computerized betting syndicate that handicapped and bet horse races semi-autonomously -- probing questions into this high-level industry sparked novel insights that could be applicable to basketball strategy. I'm always interested in new learning opportunities and consider myself a "Renaissance Man." I enjoy cooking, reading, skiing, and camping. My strongest tool is staying cognizant of my own blind spots and biases, so I can make more effective decisions. I'm improving my skills with data science including ML Algorithms, Probability Theory & some coding involving Python, data scraping, Advanced Excel, and working with APIs.
