During this internship, my tasks were to write an advisory report on how to improve questioning skills in visitors to the university museum of Groningen. During this internship, I've encountered numerous challenges. One of these challenges was to communicate with the visitors by using the student guides of the museum. By developing information material about the new exposition 'Ruimteschip Aarde/Spaceship Earth' for student guides, I got enough results to write concrete advice in my advisory report.
