  Eric has served as CEO of Think Like a Genius, LLC, since 1994 when he C0-founded the company with his brother Todd Siler and business Partner Scott Perlman. He is now the founder and Executive Director of the Think Like a Genius Foundation, dedicated to helping youth learn how to identify, set and achieve their goals. He has an extensive background in marketing, management, business development and fundraising. Prior to co-founding Think Like a Genius, LLC, he served as President and Chairman of the Board of United Resource Technology, a land based oil and gas company which acquired and developed oil and gas properties throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Before that, Mr. Siler was Chairman of the Board of Striker Petroleum Corporation, a public oil and gas exploration company he and two partners founded in 1981. Mr. Siler has a B.A. degree in Speech Communications from the University of Denver. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Museum of Outdoor Arts in Greenwood Village, Colorado and works with youth organizations throughout Denver.
