Directing and leading the strategic operations of multiple R&D IT Business process governance groups. Served as Global IT owner of R&D IT capabilities, Global Medical, accountable for all life cycle projects, oversight of operations, including but not limited to capability projects and operations which included serving as an IT head for all inspections and audits, working collaboratively with R&D business stakeholders, Enterprise Services colleagues, and vendor partners.

Directing and leading large capability projects across multiple R&D IT Business process areas. Charged with ensuring value driven business process is delivered in the systems that R&D uses for the collection and access to data across clinical trials, submissions to the FDA, the clinical trial master file and Global Medical. Served as an advocate for optimized business process and value-driven capabilities. Provided overall business analysis, business process modeling, and project / program management of strategic projects in Global Development Informatics at Bristol Myers-Squibb.

Directed the Global Operations of company wide Infrastructure; Provided leadership over the IT Controls Process and developed an IT strategic road map and Disaster Recovery Program for the company. Led the oversight of 15 - 20 projects simultaneously, supporting 10 sites with a team of twelve people and a $$M shared budget. BIOVAIL decided to close down sites located in the United States resulting in this brief tenure.
