As a Partner in Chapman and Cutler's Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Restructuring Department, I represent a variety of creditors, venture funds, financial technology companies, and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation, regulatory matters, and bankruptcy. In addition to our financial clients, I represented clients in the technology, manufacturing, auto, and food and beverage industries. Clients turn to me for representation regarding state and federal banking laws, lending and consumer finance laws, corporate fiduciary duties, lender liability, disputes under the Uniform Commercial Code, breach of contract actions, and business torts. Additionally, I serve as the lead e-discovery attorney for the firm and am an ACEDS Certified E-Discovery Specialist.I also represent clients in intellectual property matters, including patent infringement, copyright lawsuits, and trade secret disputes.

I worked alongside the General Counsel in drafting and analyzing intellectual property contracts including license agreements and materials transfer agreements. I also collaborated with the Vice President of Strategic Development on research related to various non-U.S. intellectual property legal protections.
