Having made a career maintaining full flight simulators to the highest compliancy standards mandated by federal and global authorities. Eric started his career at Pan Am Flight Academy in 1998 as an entry level technician. He continued to study aircraft systems and electronics while learning the flight simulation industry and honing his skillset to diagnose and repair historic generation technologies incorporated on legacy flight simulator machines, further evolving his skills, and advancing into newer technological advancements required to maintain later state of the art flight simulators and their complex sub systems. Eric’s decades of experience working at Pan Am have allowed him to master his technical expertise used on industry devices and further promote professional growth into a more challenging management position at Pan Am where his current responsibilities are to direct and build strong technical teams, allowing the next generation of engineering technicians to thrive and support the simulation industry.
