Investigated and reported on Revenue Leakages in BT's LLU products, facilitating the correction of billing errors.Root Cause Analysis and recommendations on process changes, Investigation of complex complaints made by customers (other Communications Providers).

Worked on exchange maintenance in Strowger and TXE2 type telephone exchanges before their obsoletion.Then worked on telephone exchange jumpering for all types of analogue and digital exchanges, providing, ceasing and modifying the wired exchange connections for a wide range of circuit types.Also worked on System Administration for BT’s Frame Records System, feasibility studies and planning of exchange pre-jumpering, and helpdesk support to Frame Management staff.

Worked Part-time as part of a team setting up, stripping down and in-show scene changes of sets for various shows.
