I am responsible for Security operations at Midcontinent Independent System Operator I serve as liaison between Covenant and MISO senior security management . I manage 40 direct reports at multiple facilities. The MISO facilties are located in Carmel, Indiana, Sheridan,Indiana, Egan,Minnesota and Little Rock Ark. My responsibilities are daily audits on critical areas, Perform site assessments, Administering security contract and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements ,Offer recommendations for Operations ,policy and technology improvements,Liaison with local law enforcement, Conduct investigations, Oversee and review all incident reports, Interview and hire, Conduct performance management reviews, Update SOP and post orders as needed, Assist HR with employee orientation, also responsible for safety and security of all employees and contractors at MISO locations
