Customers include service/distribution centers, OEM's, tiered suppliers, forgers, etc. Responsible for sales, tons shipped, profits, on time delivery, inquiries/quotes, inventories, forecasting, customer service, quality, plant tours (Canton, OH) and all other customer responsibilities.

Monitored and managed rotational component (mostly bearing) suppliers for powertrain and driveline systems within Chrysler vehicles. Lead quality concern issues including plant down situations from start to finish with report outs to VP and Director level officials once resolved. Captured warranty expenses, cost savings, secured sample parts, worked closely with multiple departments and facilities including Quality Engineering Center (QEC), Customer Advocate Group, Engineering Groups and provided deep dive warranty reports to senior management.

Managed fleet of buyback vehicles, created and simulated field issues utilizing Chrysler tech's, local delaerships and third party R&D facilities to develop repair procedures. Utilized data to create Technical Service Bulletins, update warranty repair procedures and developed recalls if warranted.
