I co-founded a startup to help families capture what's best about their aging loved ones - their stories, memories, and life lessons - and preserve those for current and future generations. My passion for helping families record their stories stems from my experience losing my mom in 2013, and the realization that my kids would never know their grandmother. We believe every family in the world deserves to be able to truly know the loved ones that came before them, even if those loved ones are no longer with us.

For better alignment between QA and development teams, I led a reorganization effort to completely combine both organizations across all Cornerstone SaaS products.Took responsibility for the critical Core HR engineering organization at Cornerstone, which built common product features and systems across all Cornerstone B2B SaaS products as well as advanced features sold as the Cornerstone HR product. We successfully supported 50 million global users and over 4000 enterprise clients from all verticals, which includes some of the largest companies and government organizations on planet Earth. Expanded Core HR engineering in new locations, both in the US and internationally. Drove the re-architecture and migration from older, monolithic Cornerstone systems to a modern architecture on AWS, and ultimately sped up the pace of delivery while reducing tech debt. Integrated teams from the Saba acquisition into the Core HR engineering org. Worked closely with and ultimately retained enterprise clients who had deep concerns about whether continuing with Cornerstone was worth it for them.

I was brought in to scale and modernize the SQA and release management functions. I tripled the size of the team to over 120 employees, from one location to several in multiple countries. Moved the group from a highly manual testing-focused, traditional QA team to a highly automated testing-focused modern QE group. Decreased deployment downtime and transformed deployments from large, risky quarterly events to routine, biweekly releases, with some on-demand releases. Key leader in moving the tech organization to an agile mindset and methodology (scrum). Worked with many multinational, enterprise clients to satisfy their compliance and quality concerns with using Cornerstone, which in conjunction with other efforts opened up new lines of business worth tens of millions in ARR.

Took on additional responsibility for end-to-end delivery of critical Green Dot software systems, including all customer care, IVR, risk/compliance/legal, core, and retailer integrations.

Started as a SQA Manager and was promoted through Director to VP. Was responsible for all SQA and release management activities on a system which, at the time, processed tens of billions of dollars a year in customer transactions. Began with a 2-person team (including me) at this fintech startup and grew it through a successful IPO to a large, highly effective, distributed 75-person team at a public company with heavy regulatory oversight.

Started as a SQA/Systems Analyst working on Alorica’s CRM and service logistics software for enterprise clients. As the company grew I moved into management and grew the team to 20 employees and was responsible for the testing and release efforts for all Alorica’s enterprise software. Was a key contributor to sales efforts as well, providing support in sales discussions with large prospects, some of which brought millions in new revenue to the company.
