Recruited initially to continue development of strategic plan established while CEO of ELS Consulting. Provide leadership for 550 person workforce with P&L responsibilities.Selected Results:-- Implemented 5 year strategic plan to improve customer relations, profitability and expansion of footprint into other states for processing government business lines.-- Items processed increased over 500% between 2006-2008 with anticipated increased productivity and profit over 30% in same period. -- Achieved turnaround from potential loss of entire business division to award of a new 5 year Cost Plus contract with expected increased growth of 80% new volume over past two year growth.-- Turnover ratio of less than 2% over the four year period I have led the division.-- Implemented workflow changes which improved unit cost over a two year period over 15% year to year.-- Site has been rated as outstanding for numerous quarters in all major Service Level Categories.

Established independent consulting firm specializing in Remittance Processing, Check 21 legislation, RFP responses and general workflow efficiency models.Selected Results:-- Built processing facility in Dallas Texas for JPMC to secure facility specifications for Federal Government Lockbox processing.-- Oversaw startup operation in Dallas for Federal Processing and implemented cost saving measures which improved profitability in facility 22% in 18 months.-- Established strategic plan for conversion to Image Processing for Document capture for CIS government agency.-- Worked with key Senior Managers at JPMC to establish strategic direction for expansion of government division at JPMC across state lines and into multiple processing arenas.

Senior Partner on M&A from National City Corp. which ultimately lead to sale of division to First Tennessee in June of 1999. Took over newly acquired entity as General Manager over all acquired operations. Ended tenure after company had sales over $40MM and was considered to be the leading provider of remittance products in the United States.Line and strategic responsibility for total Retail Lockbox Operations including Sales, Customer Service and Operations. Maintained nationwide lockbox network with 5 strategically placed operations centers. Managed volumes of of over 300 million annually. Full P&L responsibilities.Direct supervision of 9 sales and operations professionals. Line responsibility of approximately 500 operations personnel.
