I am a competent,enthusiastic and hardworking Demolition Site Manager with 23 years experience overall in the Demolition industry. I have Relevant knowledge of Demolition/Health and Safety practices and procedures, am self motivated as well as a good motivator of others. I have effective People management skills, am approachable and professional always,as well as excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines and plan and prioritize workloads.I have extensive experience of demolition works including large scale de-planting, partial demolition for enabling works and full site multi-building demolition in readiness for redevelopment as well as working abroad on a high profile demolition contract in Qatar. Also a Project for Rolls Royce Submarine Ltd and AWE which required SC clearance. Having unfortunately been made redundant from Buckingham Group in 2023 I was then employed by Keltbray to complete a project for Rolls Royce Submarines Ltd . This work has came to an end and I’m now looking for employment in a similar role. I have progressed by taking every opportunity afforded me and a have built up extensive knowledge of my part of the industry. I particularly enjoy working within in my team by getting hands on with them when the opportunity arises and it is one of the reasons i like to keep up to date with plant competency. I also have experience within the rail sector through contracts at Euston, New Street Birmingham and Hebdon Bridges to name a few, although my Rail PTS expired last year I would be more than willing to renew.
