II am the Managing Director at @The BVA Family, a leading Global market research and consultancy group), the Founder & CEO of BVA Nudge Consulting, President of NudgeFrance and the proud father of 3. I am an entrepreneur, Manager, Author, Speaker with a lot of passions (including my football team PSG). Especially, I have a passion in better understanding human behavior and how it can help to contribute to better organizations and a better world. I am a pioneer of applying behavioral science principles (“nudging”) to help governments, private sector companies and non-profits drive positive behavioral change. I regularly assists CEO’s and Executives to help them to be successful at their internal and external behavioral change challenges : - coaching Leaders and Board for better decisions and more successful Transformation plans- training Managers and HR leaders to help them to create more engagement, performance and well being at work but also to encourage the adoption of employees winning behaviors (cooperation, innovation, learning) and to reinforce Gender Equality, Diversity and Safety at work,- Supporting Marketing & UX Teams to create better client experience and more successful products and services with Ad Hoc Behavioral interventions. I am the author of 3 books on the application of behavioral science, including “Nudge Marketing” (Winning at Behavioral change),), “Green Nudge” (focused on sustainability) and Nudge Management (Applying Behavioral Science to boost well-being, engagement and performance at work). I have given more than 50 keynote speeches, on behalf of global organizations (United Nations, European Commission), private sector companies (Danone, Chanel, Orange, BNP Paribas, Google, BMS…) and universities (such as LSE, INSEAD, Rotman).
