Distribution Business Manager (Greater China)
- Develop strong working relationships with provide support to the Distribution Partners
- Understand each SBUs general business model and selling strategies in order to develop the best model to capitalize on market opportunities
- Share best market and distribution practices amongst SBUs. Work closely with SBUs and Functional teams on development and execution of Action Plans
- Help develop strategy for the country and advice on optimal supply chain model or supply chain improvements. Work with Supply Chain Management to develop and implement a robust solutions portfolio
- Monitor, track and communicate project progress in a structured and timely manner to business owners and key stakeholders
- Contribute to Market Intelligence
