I studied Game Programming for 2 years at Forsbergs Skola, where I learned how to create interactive and engaging games using various tools and languages. Currently, I work as a Mover at Alfa Mobility, where I pack and unpack customer belongings, transport and deliver goods, and perform handyman work.Prior to joining Alfa Mobility, I worked as a Real Time Manager and a Customer Service Representative at Transcom, where I gained valuable experience in managing agents, schedules, and profitability, as well as communicating effectively with customers and resolving their issues. I have strong skills in stress management, attention to detail, and problem solving, which help me cope with challenging situations and deliver high-quality service. I am motivated by learning new things, working with diverse people, and making a positive impact on the world. I can bring a unique perspective and a passion for customer service to any team.
