I began my career as a sworn law enforcement officer in August of 1996 after completion of the Chicago Police Metropolitan Recruit Training. Since then I have conducted a wide variety of criminal and civil investigations ranging from financial crimes, consumer fraud, illegal firearms purchases and sales, gang enforcement and fugitive investigations. I completed the Chicago Police Departments basic Detective Training in November of 2004. I am Currently assigned to the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force; dedicated to apprehending non-compliant sex offenders and other violent offenders in the Great Lakes Region. Throughout my career, I have been blessed to work with the many fine men and women of other state, federal, county and local law enforcement agencies in Chicago as well as throughout Illinois. My hope is to continue to learn and progress in this field for as long as I have the honor and privileged to provide the finest law enforcement services to as many citizens as I can.

Prevented internal and external store theft by means of foot surveillance and monitoring of store security cameras. Provided witness court room testimony when necessary, following a shoplifter arrest.

As a civilian employee, acted as the eyes and ears to University Police. Provide fixed and roving security for university property, students, staff and guests. Assisted the police with crowd control functions, after hour escorts and alarm room details.
