Machine Build Manager
Current• Work cross-functionally with all execution departments on projects to ensure the build process is planned, directed, and organized accurately to meet project budget and timeline• Support Project Management with customer service, runoffs, planning execution and status reporting• Manage daily expectations by planning the use of materials, floor space, and resources while also considering other needs across business units • Establish and maintain a team work culture plant-wide through leadership, experience, encouragement, development and mentoring of 24 direct reports• Drive process improvements throughout the organization and work area to optimize efficiency
