Installed, fit, fasten, align, adjust, consisting of removing, replacing or realigning ribs, longerons, bulkheads, stringers, fittings in completed skinned assemblies, as well as all structure and non-structure panel assemblies. Fabricate detailed parts such as shims, splices, gussets, angles, brackets, boublers, stiffeners, filler and patch repairs, and perform corrosion and damage inspection and analysis to determine, NDI inspection requirements. Perform trimming, reforming, and altering parts and structures as required by engineering MEC’s and or customer requirements, and perform the necessary pre installation work to accomplish Fuselage; PHASE and or RESET of structures and related systems, (respectfully) per flight-hours accumulated. Assembled and installed to Customer Quality requirements, parts, structural components, and sub-assemblies from previously established, definitively marked, or general know station lines or index points, deriving measurements and related information from technical manuals, prints, drawings, specification books, work orders, change orders, position boards, templates, jigs, assembly fixtures, or tooling.
