Here I will help out deploying software remotely via "Teamviewer" or "AnyDesk" help out with any questions customers may have and give computers a good clean up and remove any viruses if necessary. This job really helps with customer service and IT skills.

System Analyst for Global University Systems (GUS) for about 1 year and 8 months. Here I worked with Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) creating new user accounts, looking after the servers and customers and analyzing servers and tickets for any issues.Microsoft Office 2016 was the main tool using Skype for Business as a tool to remotely help customers with any issues (mainly slow computers or programs) Using a help desk ticketing system to manage the daily issues that needed resolving, the team would take turns on who would manage them. Also gained some experience in Microsoft CRM and team work learning how to distribute and mange issues in the most effective ways to get the best results.

This was my first job helping installing windows and hardware changes to office computers. Basically helping out whenever there was any computer related issues at the office. Also helped out with sales of Avast and AVG, installing the product remotely via "Teamviewer" or "AnyDesk" and giving the customers computers and good clean up and virus removal when needed. Here I learnt to speak on a phone in sales and help desk/customer support. I personal prefer customer/HelpDesk support.
