Eric led a number of engagement with retailers in Australia developing strategies for new review streams primarily focused on titer customer engagements. Eric also lead the first Smart Grid / Grid Modernization pilot project with the largest distribution company in the country of Columbia. In Columbia there was a strong focus on non-technical loss prevention.

Eric was responsible for the development of the Smart Grid practice. Defining Practice Area offerings and supporting business development activities. Grew the practice to $38 million dollars in revenue in the first 18 months with 23 consultants.
