I am a senior mortgage professional who has led a team that provides financing primarily for residential acquisitions and construction financing requests (i.e., renovation, demolition and rebuild, lot purchase, etc.). As a mortgage professional, I've performed in the capacity of a retail loan broker, an account executive who originated mortgages throughout the United States and as a senior officer who represented my loan team as a lending partner in multiple banking centers and real estate offices throughout the Beach Cities area, as well as the West Los Angeles area. While in these positions, multiple levels of excellence and recognition were achieved. Having over 27 years of experience in the finance industry, which includes previously being a licensed financial advisor, I've developed an in-depth understanding of the lending process and routinely provide financing for some of the most complex lending requests presented. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, I spent 6 years in the U.S. Army as an air-defense crew member and an aircraft electrician. During my period of service, I was charged with multiple leadership positions, to include instructing newly commissioned officers.
