In consulting I have absorbed expertise over many years in countless small, medium, large and very large projects at home and abroad, which I like to draw on in consulting. In addition to my experience in sales support for the acquisition of projects, this includes the monetary and content-related rough and detailed planning of projects, as well as the elaboration of the architecture, the further development and modification of concepts within these projects. It is always exciting to discuss with the customers their needs for our joint project in workshops and to work out and present the resulting focus of the goal. Within the project work, I am always made aware of the trends of the time by the questions of the customers, as well as beyond that out of pure self-interest (Gartner's trends, etc.). Likewise there are always information events of the manufacturers, which I gladly use to inform myself and to intensify the contact with the manufacturers. In the existing information jumble, I also look for the relevant information via external congresses (DevOpsDays, OpenInfrastructure Summits, AdminDays, etc.) and prepare this for customers and colleagues to use accordingly. I also use the knowledge of architectures, strategies and technologies to create a stringent development at the customer for a feasible direction before and in projects. Frequently, customers also request my knowledge in the form of training courses and workshops in order to form a basis for strategic decisions or to bring employees up to date technically and to benefit from the best practices in the market that I have prepared. In order to leave the appropriate space for the participants, I limit my workshops to a maximum number of 15 people, only on podium presentations I save this and then speak in front of a maximum of 100 participants.
