One must mention is Ms Eddy Tan, Director of Guest Relations/Concierge Services, Best of the Best Mentor in my life. Sincere and upfront. Enriching Hotel since 1998, very first Hotel was the Mandarin Singapore as a commis cook then been working with The Westin Plaza and Westin Stamford Hotel & Resort till 2000. One of job that I could used the word ' Love' to describe it. Best training, best mentors, best colleagues and best of of everything. Those day we having a saying that Customer is alway right as their are our rice bowl which I totally agreed. However in the new world it might be slightly different, however Customer Service still my Motto in my working life! Back to Malaysia since 2000, initially was attached to few private sectors. Untill 2009 started to join Retail Industry, begin as a promotor at the Department Store then gradually move on to Shopping Mall , Luxury Brands. Last but not least joined Sincere Fine Watches KLCC in 2012 as a Sales Executive till now. The Motto that acquired from The Westin Hotels indeed benefits me in every single job because it carry with me everywhere. One must mentioned is Ms. Eddy Tan (Director Of Guest Relations/ Concierge Services) - best Mentor and friend in my life.
