I develop, pilot, and scale multiple concurrent initiatives and programs that strengthen the state’s innovation ecosystem and increase competitiveness in focus industries. These efforts include contributing to the development of sector and issue-focused strategies and programs, providing support for small businesses, and driving redevelopment and investment in communities. Additionally, in this role I interact with multiple NJEDA business units to help bring new programs from concept to launch, mentor new product officers within the department, and help develop and institutionalize product development best practices.
