Introduction:I have an unsurpassed work ethic and understanding and respect for the chain of command.  Customer service, process streamlining, and product quality are always my top priorities.  I intend to apply my skills and strengths to create a more successful organization.  My prime motivation is that I take pride in what I do and want to provide the best service that I possibly can for both my customers and the business.  I do not expect a paycheck just for showing up; I must earn it every day.Skills and Accomplishments:I am proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks, and have “hands-on” manufacturing experience that help me to avoid the pitfalls of those that are able to design parts but don’t have the practical knowledge needed to foresee the challenges that can occur in the shop or in the field.  I enjoy and excel at problem-solving, whether it is a short-term “how do I do this” problem, or a long-term “how can I make this process/product better” problem.   I am a safe and responsible operator of any machine that I am using, including various forklifts.  I have a good basic knowledge of manual and CNC machining, and I own a mill and a lathe.  I have experience with an Amada F0 laser (G-code, nesting, tweaking conditions, maintaining, diagnosing and adjusting, etc.), a good amount of press brake experience, MIG welding, tube bending and notching, and finish grinding.  My customer service is untouchable, and I am an effective communicator.  For the four years between 2014 and 2018 I was 100% self-employed (partially self-employed for the 2 years previous to that).  In that time, I personally handled everything that needs to be done in a small company.  R&D, production, sourcing and maintaining relationships with vendors, engineering and design, artwork and product descriptions, website maintenance, accounting and general finances, processing customer orders, submitting purchase orders, packaging and shipping all over the world, communicating with customers, and maintaining a literally pristine reputation through it all. I do not overpromise and under-deliver, and I do not pretend to have skills or abilities that I don't really have.  I take a lot of pride in the fact that I am very good at the things that I can do, and that list is growing all the time.  If I'm not learning and growing, I might as well be dead.
