Supervise and direct offshore P&A from rig up to rig down, either with customer supervision or without, in the safest and most cost effective manner possible to maximize Tetra profits while minimizing customer loss. Follow BOEM approved procedures and keep the customer in compliance with all regulations to avoid injury to crew or environmental impact.Pre-job planning for all tasks. Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings with crew and third party personnel.Communicate with customer's in-office engineers and project managers to discuss well problems and decide the best path forward to successfully plugging and abandoning the well(s).

Two and a half years experience supervising and directing offshore well intervention, work over and plug and abandonment, and completion operations in the GOM and Gulf of Suez. Participate in daily conference calls and discuss forward plans. Write daily reports as well as day forward plans and plan specific procedures for crew. Keep track of daily costs and keep good communications with the main office from the field. Communicate with BOEMRE on any changes to procedure that need to be made as well conditions dictate. Write well history, determine solution, and submit revisions to procedure for review. Locations: GI 40B; GI 41A; GI 48D; GI 47C; WD 69C. July 6- Gulf of Suez.Coordinate logistics of personnel and equipment to and from well site.Work with vendors to negotiate pricing and availability of equipment and services. Worked in Egypt for GUPCO as well site manager/ wells engineer on the July 6 location in the Gulf of Suez. Conducted pre-job and end of job presentation for GUPCO management.

Provide wellhead field services to customer operations throughout the Gulf of Mexico as well as US land locations.Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair and upgrades of numerous wellhead product lines.Project Leader for customer deepwater spar, supervising subsea to surface tiebacks and completions.Perform field sales on customer locations.

Supervise and assist with the installation, hydraulic bolting and testing of well control equipment. Perform cold cuts on casing using split frame saws and travel cutters.Work with customer to ensure all equipment is certified according to government regulations.

Supervise drill crew and operate rig equipment when relieving driller and assisting in well control situations.Work in derrick handling drill string during tripping operations.Monitor mud pumps, pit volumes and mixing chemicals while circulating or drilling.Maintain mud pumps and all rig equipment.
